Cristiano, co-founder of BesFit, is a highly experienced professional in the hospitality industry, with a career spanning over 30 years. Throughout his career, he has had the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including luxury boutique hotels, restaurants, and big groups of companies in the hospitality sector. This wide range of experience has given him a deep understanding of the hospitality industry and also the skills to excel in different roles.

One of Cristiano’s favorite aspects of his job is recruiting. He enjoys the opportunity to interact with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures and is committed to finding the best fit for both the candidate and the business. This dedication is evident in his approach to recruiting, where he goes above and beyond to ensure that both the candidate and the business are a great match. Cristiano is also a graduate of Cesar Ritz, a prestigious hotel management school, which has instilled in him the “Spirit of Excellence” in everything he does.
