We are searching for a talented Chef to join an Italian restaurant located one hour south of Perth, renowned for its warm hospitality and traditional, simple Italian menu.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present high-quality, authentic Italian dishes.
Maintain consistency and high standards in food preparation and service.
Assist with menu planning and daily kitchen operations.
Manage inventory, food orders, and ensure minimal waste.
Uphold food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Requirements:
Experience as a Chef preferably in an Italian kitchen.
Passion for authentic, traditional Italian cuisine.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Knowledge of stock management and food cost control.
