Salary: $95,000 - $105,000/year

Type: Full-Time

Start Date: Immediate or upon availability


We are looking for an experienced and creative Head Chef to join a premium restaurant located in the Fremantle area, known for its modern cuisine and relaxed coastal charm.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute seasonal menus showcasing fresh, locally sourced ingredients.

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and consistency.

  • Manage food inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships.

  • Train and lead a team of chefs, fostering a positive work environment.

  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

  • Collaborate with management on special events and promotions.

  • Monitor kitchen budgets, including labor and food costs.


Requirements:

  • Experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-quality kitchen.

  • Passion for modern cuisine and seasonal ingredients.

  • Strong leadership skills to inspire and manage a team.

  • Creativity and innovation in menu development.

  • Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices.
