We are looking for an experienced and creative Head Chef to join a premium restaurant located in the Fremantle area, known for its modern cuisine and relaxed coastal charm.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute seasonal menus showcasing fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and consistency.
Manage food inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships.
Train and lead a team of chefs, fostering a positive work environment.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Collaborate with management on special events and promotions.
Monitor kitchen budgets, including labor and food costs.
Requirements:
Experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-quality kitchen.
