We are searching for a skilled Sous Chef to join a vibrant and busy restaurant, known for its authentic Italian cuisine and exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Head Chef in overseeing all kitchen operations.
Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
Support in developing seasonal, Italian-inspired menus.
Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, fostering teamwork.
Manage inventory, supplier relations, and food orders.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef in a high-volume Italian kitchen.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong teamwork and leadership skills with a passion for Italian cuisine.
Knowledge of food cost control and effective inventory management.
